Brigade Enterprises shares will remain in attention on Thursday after the company reported a 20% YoY surge in its Q4FY25 PAT at Rs 246.8 crore. The company also announced the acquisition of a land parcel with a development potential of 0.8 million square feet.Here are the details:Brigade Enterprises Q4 resultsBrigade Enterprises reported a 19.8% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 246.8 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. In the same quarter of the previous fiscal, the realty firm had posted a net profit of Rs 206 crore.Meanwhile, the real estate firm’s revenue from operations declined by 14.2% YoY to Rs 1,460.4 crore, down from Rs 1,702.4 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.However, for the full financial year, the revenue stood at Rs 5,314 crore, an increase of 5% over FY24. Additionally, the company has recorded its hiighest-ever real estate sales value of Rs 7,847 crore in FY25. This is a growth of 31% YoY.Live EventsThe total sales volume for FY25 stood at 7.05 mn sft, while the total collections stood at Rs 7,250 crore during FY25, an increase of 23% over FY24. Meanwhile, the cash flow from operations in FY25 stood at Rs 2,135 crore, an increase of 36% over FY24. “FY25 has been a landmark year for Brigade Group, with meaningful contributions across our businesses. The consistent demand has fuelled our expansion, and with a strong pipeline of 26 mn sft of ongoing projects and approximately 15 mn sft of upcoming developments, we are confident that we can maintain this momentum in the coming quarters as well. Furthermore, as of March 31, 2025, Brigade has achieved a significant milestone—successfully delivering 100 mn sft of built-up space across all its projects since inception,” said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises.Land parcel acquisitionThe company has also informed that it has acquired a prime land parcel of 5.41 acres in Velachery Road, Chennai. This land has a total development potential of 0.8 million square feet and a Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 1,600 crore.“Brigade Enterprises Limited, the flagship Company of Brigade Group, one of India’s leading property developers, has acquired a 5.41-acre land parcel on Velachery Road, Chennai, through an outright purchase. Situated in the prime location of Velachery and adjacent to Phoenix Market City, this acquisition is part of Brigade Group’s planned expansion in the Chennai market.
