Events will come and go. But investing principles don’t change. Not for Trump, Israel, Iran, or anything else. So, ignore the noise on the street, and the narrative that comes with it. Recall the narrative when the Russia-Ukraine war started in 2022. It was very bearish. It changed completely toward the end of 2023. A narrative then emerged that there was no point in looking at large-caps, and that the focus should be on mid- and small caps. But then came early October 2024, and things changed again.
