TVS Emerald, a leading real estate developer, has acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Sathnur, Bengaluru. The new acquisition, with a development potential of 1.4 million sq. ft., is expected to generate Rs 1600 crore in revenue. With this addition, the company’s total revenue potential from land deals in FY 2024-25 has reached Rs 5300 crore. TVS Emerald now has 8.2 million sq. ft. of projects under development.This marks the company’s fourth land acquisition in FY 2024-25. Earlier, TVS Emerald secured two land parcels in Chennai—12 acres on Radial Road and approximately 4.8 acres in Padur—along with a 4-acre parcel in Thanisandra, Bengaluru.Sriram Iyer, Director and CEO of TVS Emerald, stated, “We have been growing steadily with multiple acquisitions across Chennai and Bengaluru.
