Nifty Prediction for Tomorrow – 10 January 2025
NIFTY fell 0.7% and closed near the dayβs low. Auto and FMCG performed well while Energy and Materials were weak. ONGC gave up some of its gains and ended up as the worst performer for the day. Despite the strong performances from BAJAJAUTO, NESTLEINDIA, HINDUNILVR and M&M, overall sentiment was bearish as 34 of the 50 stocks declined.

No momentum zone for NIFTY continues within a band of 23500 and 24000. Earnings events will dominate the near term and expect continued volatility. Near term support and resistance levels are 23346/23234 and 23707/23819.

Bank Nifty Prediction for Tomorrow – 10 January 2025
BANKNIFTY finished in the red, dragged down by HDFCBANK’s 1.5% slump and losses across many banking stocks. Β KOTAKBANK bucked the trend with a 1.2% gain, but this wasn’t enough to lift the index. Β A majority of components underperformed, painting a bearish picture for the day. Β Overall, negative sentiment prevailed. Near term support and resistance levels are 48855/48453 and 50152/50554.
