Another notable recognition in this category went to Technology Center-IV, Chennai, with Larsen & Toubro and Johnson Lifts Private Limited being honored for their execution excellence.Heritage preservation through modernization was celebrated with the Excellence in Heritage Elevator award presented to Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel, Mysuru, in collaboration with Otis Elevators Company India Limited. The project demonstrated how modern elevator systems can be sensitively integrated into historically significant structures without compromising their legacy.Innovation remained a strong theme throughout the awards. The Pamban Railway Bridge in Tamil Nadu received the Excellence in Innovative Elevator Installations recognition, highlighting engineering ingenuity in a challenging infrastructure environment.
